Sure, it might be wet, cold, and gray. You might even have a runny eye and got in trouble for chewing up a small wooden deer. But I still went for a walk, got out in the world, and knew how fortunate I am.
It’s a day to give thanks. So take a minute, relish the food in your dish, find someone to scratch behind your ears and go chase a tennis ball.
My master opened the garage door where he keeps that scooter. I saw him looking out at the rain and knew what he was thinking — he has a lot to give thanks for too.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Steve,
Its been a while but wishing you and your family and of course Junior a very happy and safe Thanksgiving Day. Here in SoCal, weather turned cold but not enough to stop from riding my scooter.
I have enjoyed all your bike reviews..a bigger bike is still in my picture but its hard to replace my scooter as my “Escape-GET A WAY POD” from the Turkey table.
Happy scootering,
Phil
Circle Blue says
Happy Thanksgiving to you Junior. Give my regards to Steve.
Be safe and both of you watch out for cars.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family… There is nothing as satisfying as the approving look from a good dog after a big meal… Unless it is to hear one snore in front of a nice fire.
Fondest regards,

Hi Steve,
It was good running into you at the candy store yesterday. After you left, I thought ‘doh’ I should have tossed you the keys to try the Heidenaus out. So if you’d like to meet up at one of the coffee places around town you can take them out for a ride. Turns out we can also talk fountain pens.
Happy thanksgiving to you and yours as well,
Kim

Pvino: It’s cold and damp outside right now and I could use some SoCal weather.
Thanks for reading and I hope you find the right motorcycle to add to the scooter experience.
Circle Blue: Thanks for the reminder about cars. Junior hasn’t fully come to appreciate their danger but I am slowly educating him.
Steve Williams says
Mr. Riepe: While there is no fire in the room (save for Kim’s red hair) the dog is snoring. So it’s sort of the same thing…
Kim: I’ve seen your Vespa on the road around town. It was good to put a rider to the machine.
Thanks for the offer to try out the tires but after talking with you about them you confirmed what I had been reading so I am ready to make the call to Moto Amore.
