October 11, 2018 by Scooter in the Sticks 4 Comments

Rainy this morning. Thought of riding but was more drawn to make a photograph or two in the glimmering murk I love so much.

Still gray here. And cold now. Not sure what the remnants of Hurricane Michael will bring.

Your current weather is why we enjoy field cameras, no doubt the result shall be stunning.
I forget how many times my head has been under the black cloth in all forms of weather both good and bad. Strange as it seems it is a good feeling; Just don’t chilled working out in the damp

I had forgotten how nice it is to get under the dark cloth. I use one of heavy cloth with lead weights in the corners to keep it from flapping in the wind. When it’s cold and dreary, it’s kind of cozy underneath.
