It slows things for me too. And recharges my physical and mental batteries. I’ve calculated that it takes 2.5 hours of riding to restore me to full power!

I absolutely feel grateful every time I ride. The airy freedom when I’m moving through the countryside is both exhilarating and mindful. The sound of whatever I’m on is like music to my ears.
