For the sort of riding you do with the RV as a home base I think the Trail 125 would be a great choice. You’ll find the right bike for your continued riding future.

Everything I have in the garage now adjusts to me and the riding I plan to do. Nothing is forced or a struggle. I’m grateful for that.

You’re right about the Trail 125 being an elevation of perspective. I’m glad I’m aware that curiosity is a better drive for me than anything else.

Very compact package to carry, easy to deploy after you have practiced a number of times. Helinox and Naturehike are oft recommended, but there are others (I got a pair at Costco not long ago). Also – when the weather turns cooler, add a small backpacking butane canister stove to turn plain water into tea or instant coffee. A great view is the best kind of diner.
