However he is a dog and probably not an "it" so to be expected; mind perhaps you were simply being cautious. Still Junior does look quite animated in the photograph.

The ChuckIt really does look like you’re holding the leash of a dog that (at least) you can see but doesn’t cast a shadow.

I must ask, in the picture of your shadow holding what appears to be a leash….where’s junior’s shadow?
