bobskoot: I used to have a camera from the 1950s that was made near the time of my birth. Not sure I would want to ride anything manufactured then. I'm spoiled with modern technology.

But I am interested in being able to keep doing things into old age. That's next week...

Dear Steve:

There are two guys in my club who I count as dear friends, and who ride like Apaches. There are Dick Bregstein Horst Oberst. Dick is 74. Horset is 80. Both ride often and do not hesitate to take on new adventure. Ardys Kellerman is in that same category and has just broken her million mile mark. Naturally, they ride BMW's. "R" bikes I must add.

I swear that riding is the best way to forestall the effects of aging.
