irondad: There is something to the idea that it's become harder to create posts. For a long time I just threw up a recent photo and sort of a long, stream of consciousness caption on the picture or something the ride triggered. On some days now it feels as if I have exhausted the well for those sorts of things. On other days I tell myself that's not good enough. I'm going to try and move back to that early process...

kano: It takes more time now than it used to but still not much time in total. What's changed is how much creative energy I am investing at work these days. Scooter in the Sticks used to be a necessary creative outlet. Now that is being dealt with differently and I have to rethink how I am going to use the blog.

jz: You must have seen reruns. Us old guys saw Batman as a new show.... Congratulations on your new BMW 75/7 airhead. Just in time for great riding weather!

susan: It's been a long time since I have seen a station shut down of for the night. As a kid it was a sad thing to here those words and see the screen go to a test pattern.

I was going to say "same bat time, same bat channel" but irondad beat me to the punch (POW!).

Yep, I don't know how you find time to do such an excellent blog Steve. I've come to rely on a frequent fix of Scooter in the Sticks!

Stay tuned. Reminds me of very much younger days. "Stay tuned tomorrow to find out what happens to the Dynamic Duo. Same Bat time; same Bat channel!"

I've got a notebook full of ideas, too. Like you, most are unpublished, and my blog is just a place where I slam down ideas and stories. Suits me fine. I conquer and let others polish things up.

Your blog, however, has grown quite sophisticated. Not in a way that's likely to put anyone off. More like you can tell it's received a lot of loving attention. That seems to make it even harder to spend time posting because you want it to be just right.

Scooter in the Sticks has become something pretty special in our blog neighborhood. I salute you, Sir!
