Gary: Did you get the image?

Dan: Fog is great. I always love it for making photographs and find riding in it great too. I enjoy the night too, a time when most people want to hide away indoors.

Harry: Congratulations on the new Vespa! They are a great machine and in your part of the country you'll be able to ride year round with ease.

Good luck!

steve

After reading you travels on a Vespa LX150 - I just bought a 2007 LX150. I used to live in the hills of Pennsylvania - taught school there for 33 years - but now ride year around in sunny Tallahassee. Thanks for sharing you rides with us.
harry@everhart.com

I love fog and snow. Of course, one's much easier to ride in than the other. It's great to find others that appreciate the unique character of each. So many people consider such beautiful things to be a nuisance.

Fog and snow quiet the world down. The fog, especially, creates opportunities for letting our imaginations run wild and create whatever it is we want to see in its shadows.

Thanks for the post. It's caused happy sparks in my brain!

Dan

Hi Steve,

OK, I would really like a full-size shot of that first image. I'm working on my oil painting technique, and that would make a perfect model for a practice landscape canvas.

What I'm trying to say, Steve, is that here you have fully rebutted anyone who would dare to assert that photography isn't Art.

Nice job!

Ride well,
=gc=
