Wow, the Vectrix is pretty cool. Definitely a green scooter. Piaggio has announced hybrid scooters that should appear here. I bet lots will be coming down the road.

Dan: I road through a bit of hail last year but nothing more than a feel grains of ice. Not one of our big dent causing ones. I bet it sounds great on the helmet! Dan and stubborn... hmmm...

magiskter: The LX150 is a thing of beauty. My wife thinks it has replaced her as the subject of choice for my camera. She just hasn't seen the dozens and dozens of photographs I continue to make of her since I shoot film for that work and the negatives lay in my darkroom unprinted.... You're right about the smile not going away in the rain. It's just another opportunity to ride. I visited your blog and while I have not had time yet to go through all of it I was impressed by the statement in your profile where you say you seek out activities to engage the senses. Riding is high on that list for me. It puts me in touch with my life.

Thanks for looking at my blog and ride safely.

steve

Just wanna say hi from Singapore. I'm also a happy owner of a LX 150 & have nothing but good things to say about this handsome scoot. Incidentally, its been pouring heavily here over the past 2 days as well. Needless to say, good, solid wet weather gear means the smile doesn't drop even while drops of rain are falling down. :D
