hey Steve! The postcard was sent through the email, from a friend of Paul’s (Natalie H.) to my boyfriend (Stacy Tibbetts) to me. We are looking forward to it, and also, I haven’t seen Paul for a while, so it will be nice to see him!

Gina, Where did you find one of the show postcards? You said in an earlier post that you are a friend of Paul's. I assume he gave you one.

To you other readers, the "4Artists, 4Paths" show is a group show that includes my wife Kim, friends Paul Ruby and Ruth Kempner, and myself. If you are in the central Pennsylvania area and want to see the show it will be at the Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania in Lemont on June 17 and 18. There is an opening reception at 7PM on June 17. The show is open daily from noon to 5PM.

Thanks for the kind words. It is hard to go wrong with any photograph that has a Vespa in it. I should probably inquire with Piaggio about photographs... I'll try and run that down.

irondad: Congratulations on the new job. I can only imagine that if it suits you better you must get to ride more!

shane: Initially I heard that access to even the simplest of things like oil changes and spark plug inspections was a pain on the Vespa. I have been reading with great interest a number of technical posts with illustrations of how to make some of this easier on ModernVespa.com.

Good luck on the maintenance. I decided to take on my ET4 and it’s been a nightmare! Maybe not quite that bad, but getting access to everything is nearly impossible. Even a simple oil change is a pain-in-the-butt, since you can’t leave the center stand down. The gear oil is even worse. Don’t get me started on the spark plug….

Welcome back to the salt mines. I just started a new job which suits me so much better. I'll post about it later on my site. Good news is I can still mostly commute on a bike.
